My Healthy Mind Programs

How do I register for the My Healthy Mind Programs?

 To Register, simply go to our events page and select BOOK NOW next to the program you wish to book. You will be required to create a free log in on the My Healthy Mind website to access additional information regarding Parent Information Day, the Medication Form, Schedules and more.  

We live interstate, can my child attend

 Yes.   My Health Minds Programs are National.  We offer complimentary airport pick up for our interstate participants. 

Will my child be accompanied to and from the airport?


We collect our interstate participants from the Gold Coast Airport / Brisbane Airport. Please ensure correct flight details are provided to My Healthy Mind. 

At the conclusion of the programs, we return the participants to the airport, and remain with them until their flight has left the airport. We maintain contact with the parents during these times.

What happens if my child is late to the drop off point?

If you are going to be late to the drop off point, please contact us ASAP on 1300 376 399. .Alternative arrangements can be made. 

What if my child gets car sick?

 If your child takes medication for travel sickness, ensure they have this BEFORE arriving at the drop off point, to ensure it is working before we travel. Ensure the My Healthy Mind staff are made aware of the travel sickness. 

Does My Healthy Mind cater for dietary needs?

As part of the registration process, information regarding allergies, special diets and dietary requirements is collected. This information is sent on to our catering staff who ensure these needs are met.

Can my child call me whilst on the program?

Participants are able to contact their parent / carer during the course of this program if the need arises. For the safety of your child and other participants ONLY contact numbers provided on the registration form will be contacted. Due to safety confidentiality and privacy, children are not permitted to have personal mobile devices whilst on the program. 

Can i call my child whilst they attend the program?

The My Healthy Mind staff endeavor to ensure you are unconcerned and contented whilst your child is attending the programs. Contact time may be limited due to the multitude of sessions and activities each day, but If you would like to speak to one of the fantastic My Healthy Mind staff attending the program, please call 1300 376 399 to book in a suitable time.  

My child is on medication. How is the handled?

Medication is provided to My Healthy Mind in Blister / Webster packs. All medication is administered by one of our trained Medics as per the directions supplied by the pharmacist who packaged the medication. A register is maintained daily to ensure medication is administered on-time daily. Please ensure you have completed the Medication Form if your child is attending one of our programs.

Will my child be sharing a room with children their own age?


Are my children supervised at night?

All participants of the programs are supervised overnight by Night Security and Awake Staff.

Is all food and bed clothing supplied?

All meals are provided on the program. Children are required to bring a pillow and a sleeping bag / sheet and blanket.
